Crab!

A wall size (2ft x 2ft) version of a proposal I sent to the Olympia PBIA Bench Project. I just got word that my design was chosen for 1 of the 5 benches they are doing this year. excellent news, can't wait to make it even bigger.

Helsing Junction Flyer, long form

long form of flyer for Helsing Junction Sleepover. Painted paper with Linocut. I will probably ink in some of the participating band names before putting this up downtown.

Printing Flyers

manufacturing process is tedious. I'm using the old school wooden spoon technique. makes for some ink inconsistencies as well as some imperfect layout. I think I am making 13 of these total.

Printing water segments on blue

Because of my rinky dink operation I find that 2 color printing is easier if I just print on another color paper, cut out the segment I want in another color, and collage it onto the print in the other color. I saw another local block print artist doing something similar and this is my first attempt at it.

Hand Toned Paper

For Block Printing these damned posters, I colored this rice paper wet on wet with acrylics and water color paints. I think I should do a few more.
